Candid Moments in the Aspens with the Carrillo Family
On October 6, 2024, I met up with the Carrillo family—Donald, Caddie, and their two little ones—for a golden hour session tucked into the quiet beauty of Tres Piedras, New Mexico. With the aspens glowing in peak fall color and the crisp mountain air setting the tone, this shoot felt more like a peaceful walk with friends than anything else.
Caddie’s gentle way with the kids, Donald’s calm strength, and the joy their children brought into every frame made this session truly special. It wasn’t about perfection—it was about movement, emotion, and love in its most natural form.
We wandered through golden trees, shared some laughs, chased light, and captured the sweet in-between moments—the kind you want to freeze in time. Whether it was a kiss on the forehead, a sibling giggle, or a tight family squeeze, every photo told a piece of their story.
At Quiet Light by the Amoras, we believe in preserving connection. The Carrillos reminded me that the most powerful photos aren’t the posed ones—they’re the ones where you can feel the love.
