Hailey’s Senior Portraits in Cumbres Pass


There’s something magical about fall in the mountains. When the aspens turn golden and the light filters through the trees, the entire landscape feels alive. For Hailey’s senior portraits, we couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop than Cumbres Pass in northern New Mexico.


Hailey chose to celebrate this milestone surrounded by the vibrant yellows of autumn, and the results couldn’t be more stunning. Her maroon patterned dress popped beautifully against the glowing foliage, creating the perfect contrast of warmth and color. The soft mountain light highlighted her natural beauty while also giving each photo a dreamy, timeless feel.


From quiet moments among the aspens to playful shots laying in the golden leaves, Hailey’s portraits captured both her elegance and her joyful personality. My favorite moments were when the leaves framed her face, almost as if nature itself was celebrating her journey into this next chapter of life.


We also had fun exploring different spots around Cumbres Pass, from forest paths to rustic backdrops. Each scene told a piece of Hailey’s story—her adventurous spirit, her laughter, and her radiant smile.


This session will always stand out in my memory, not just for the breathtaking location, but for how perfectly Hailey embodied the beauty of fall.
